Refund policy

If the product is defective, different from what was ordered, or the actual size differs from the stated size (cm), please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Returns are accepted only for products that have not been used and have their tags intact.
Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after receiving the returned product.
