This is a pre-order sales model, as we place an order for products ordered within a certain period of time in bulk with our partner brands.

There are two reservation deadlines each month , on the 15th and at the end of the month .

Products will be shipped approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks after the reservation deadline.
*Delivery may vary depending on weather and shipping company.

"Standard sales" will be delivered within 2-3 business days .

On the other hand, "Pre-order" is a pre-sale, where orders are placed in bulk and delivered approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks after the reservation deadline.
*Reservation deadlines occur twice a month , on the 15th and the end of the month.

If you purchase both "Ready to Order" and "pre-order" items, the products will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive .

Basically we will restock.
However, for products that do not have a next arrival date listed, the re-stock date has not yet been determined.

We are unable to answer inquiries regarding restocking dates, so please refrain from inquiring about re-stock dates.

*After an item sells out, it may be restocked in about three months, but depending on the brand, it may take up to six months.

Coupon codes can be used on all products except sale items.

コンビニ決済には手数料が発生する場合があります（システムによる）。

ご入金が確認でき次第、商品の発送準備に入ります。

■ 銀行振込（前払い）
振込期限：ご注文日から14日以内

ご注文確定後の画面にて、振込先口座情報をお知らせいたします。

ご入金が確認でき次第、商品の発送準備に入ります。

恐れ入りますが、振込手数料はお客様にてご負担をお願いいたします。

期限を過ぎた場合は、自動的にキャンセルとなります。

現在販売は全てオンラインのみとなっており、ご試着については、不定期開催しているポップアップのみとなります。
